Delivery time:
We have a delivery time of 2-10 working days. And send with DPD, PostNL or UPS. During busier times it can unfortunately take a little longer, you will receive updates about this.
We also have a 48 hour shipping collection where the sneakers are shipped within 48 hours.
We always send updates via email with a tracking code so you know where the package is! In addition, we send our packages with insurance.
There are no import costs or other duties for international shipments within Europe.
During busier periods it can take more days from the moment of order (we will inform you if this is the case).

Important information:
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please let us know within 5 working days. After that time, we can no longer be held responsible for the loss, because the insurance is no longer valid.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses when filling in the check-out.
We are not responsible for lost packages when they are indicated within DPD to be placed at the door or around the house.
Packages that are not collected at a parcel point or are returned to us due to an incorrect address will be charged €15.
