Can I return/exchange my order?
You can exchange your sneakers within 14 days of receipt. To register a return, use the following link:

Upon receipt of your order in our store, your return/exchange will be processed within 7 working days. SneakerAsk is not responsible for any loss during shipping, furthermore we do not reimburse the return and exchange.
Attention! Use the email you ordered with + the correct order number that belong to the sneakers.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can certainly change it! If you would like to have a different size or sneaker, we can change it for you within the existing order. We do not recommend reordering because canceling the old order will incur costs.

Cancellation within 4 hours: We will not charge any extra costs.
After 4 hours, shipping and payment costs will be charged. We work internationally and already incur costs within 4 hours to have your package with you as soon as possible. In addition, if you have ordered with Klarna, this entails costs for us that we do not get back from Klarna. We also have to calculate these costs. This depends on the order amount.
Packages that are refused upon delivery will be charged a €15 shipping and payment fee.
I only received part of my order
Because we work with different suppliers and stock locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. We do this to deliver more efficiently and quickly.
It is possible that your order has an express product and the other product has a standard delivery time of 2-10 working days. This means that the express product can be delivered within a few days and the other product will arrive later.

I have not received my money for my return
That's not nice to hear, we process and refund returns within 14 days of receipt. Have you been waiting longer than 14 days? Please contact us via the contact form.
What should I do if I have 2 items in an order and 1 has already been received?
If you have 2 items in 1 order, 1 item is express and the other is general delivery time, we will ship the express within 48 hours on working days, and the other will be shipped later, 2-10 working days. So you will receive 2 packages at your doorstep.
Can I change my address?
