What are the shipping costs?
We have free shipping in the Netherlands.
For Belgium we charge €3.95.
Germany: €7.95
Other countries: €13.95
We send all orders insured with track & trace.
How long does shipping take?
We have a 48-hour delivery on certain sneakers/sizes indicated.
The rest is 2-10 business days.
Do you also deliver to service points?
Yes! You have the choice to collect your order at a service point nearby. NB! You can select this after paying for your order.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes! You will receive this by email as soon as the sneakers have been sent. This can also often end up in your spam.
Is buying on SneakerAsk safe?
Yes, we check all sneakers for authenticity and send all our products with insurance & tracking.
Returns
Can I exchange SALE products?
Yes! You may exchange, return or cancel sale products.
Can I return/exchange my product?
If you are not satisfied with your order or it does not fit properly, you can return/exchange it within 14 days.

How do I request a return/exchange?
We only accept returns if they have been registered via our contact form.

How long does it take until I get my money back?
We will process your return/exchange within 7 working days. However, this is often faster!
Original & unworn
Are all your sneakers 100% original?
Yes! All our sneakers are checked before they go to the customer.
Are all sneakers new?
Yes, we only sell unworn/new/DS sneakers!
I'm looking for sneakers, but I don't see them on the site?
No problem, send us a message via Instagram @sneakerask or via email with which sneakers you want and in what size and we will do our best to arrange these sneakers!

How do you sell sold out sneakers everywhere?
We have built up a network over the years in collaboration with numerous sellers. We have combined this into this website.
Are the sneakers delivered in the original packaging?
Yes! You will receive your pair in the original packaging with all the original accessories that come with it. Think of the laces or the like.
Orders
What payment methods do you have?
We have several payment methods. We have IDeal, Bancontact, Klarna, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal & Apple Pay
Can i cancel my order?
Yes!
Within 24 hours: We will not charge any additional costs.
After 24 hours, shipping and payment costs will be charged. We work internationally and incur costs within 24 hours to get your package to you as quickly as possible. In addition, if you ordered with Klarna, this will incur costs for us that we will not get back from Klarna. We must also calculate these costs. This depends on the order amount.
Packages that are refused upon delivery will be charged a fee of €15 for shipping and payment costs.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes we have that! If you subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page, you will receive a €5 standard discount. This is also valid on sale products.
Do you give money back?
We have a return period of 14 days. We will refund your money or you can exchange for another size.
How long does it take to authenticate my order?
Once the item arrives at our authentication center, our experts will check the sneakers to ensure they are 100% authentic, new, unworn and damage-free. This process usually takes 1 business day.
Ik heb besteld maar geen bevestigingsmail gekregen?
Het kan zijn dat een e-mail in je ongewenste mail of in de spambox terecht gekomen is. Wanneer ook daar geen bevestigingsmail te vinden is, neem je contact op met onze klantenservice!
Ik wil mijn bestelling wijzigen
Wijzigen kan zeker! Als je graag een andere maat of sneaker wilt hebben kunnen wij dit voor je wijzigen binnen de bestaande order. Het opnieuw bestellen raden wij niet aan doordat annuleren van de oude order kosten mee zal brengen.

Who are you?
We are SneakerAsk, a company that was started out of a passion by owner Lian Gietermans in Amsterdam. Now, 5 years later, we have already helped more than 20,000 customers with their sneakers.

Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately we do not have a store, we are active with our online webshop.
